ALL ABOUT PROJECT SYNDICATE
Project Syndicate produces and delivers original, high-quality commentaries to a global audience. Featuring exclusive contributions by prominent political leaders, policymakers, scholars, business leaders, and civic activists from around the world, we provide news media and their readers cutting-edge analysis and insight, regardless of ability to pay. Our membership now includes nearly 500 media outlets – more than half of which receive our commentaries for free or at subsidized rates – in more than 150 countries.
Social Media
The most important job of them all is creating content for social media. Posts I create reach audiences of over 550,000 people on Twitter and Facebook.
Research
My research duties include monitoring audience engagement, finding future contributors, and coming up with new marketing ideas.
Editing
My editing duties were to make sure every social media post had correct grammar and spelling. I also had to fact check everything three times from different sources to ensure quality. Sometimes my superiors would have me watch videos they created and prompt me to give them feedback on their editing.
